About MFTAPE Z Clip
Now Available: 6-inch wide standard MFTAPE Clip for projects requiring greater strength and load capacity.
The MFTAPE Z Clip is a high-strength, adhesive-backed mounting system featuring dual strips of 3M™ VHB™ Tape. It is designed for installing glass, ACM, aluminum, mirrors, back-painted glass or phenolic panels where screw attachment is not possible, and is particularly well-suited for interior applications with just ½-inch clearance above the panel.
Made from 6063-T6 aluminum for exceptional durability, the MFTAPE is offered in 2-inch and 6-inch standard clip lengths, as well as continuous rail lengths of 48 inches, 72 inches, and 144 inches—available with or without 3M adhesive tape. Each clip provides a 0.293-inch projection and ⅜-inch lift-off for precise, low-profile installations.
