MHPL Lightweight Concealed Fastener System
The MHPL Concealed Fastener System is primarily designed as a lightweight alternative to our NFPA285 rated system, the TS200. It can be used with a variety of lighter weight or smaller panels. It’s a great solution for 8-10mm HPL panels, fiber cement, and even wood panels with the appropriate fasteners.
The system is available with fixed and adjustable clips that allow for easy installation, and fine tuning of the reveals. The rails are available in 144” lengths.

Panel and Installation Options
While the system was initially designed around 8-10mm HPL panels, it can be used with thicker HPL, fiber cement panels, wood, and other composites. Anchor design and clip quantity must be determined by the project engineer.
The MHPL System can be installed directly onto a prepared wall substrate, but is also compatible with a variety of substructures. This can include simple systems like hat channels and z-girts by Monarch Metal, and more modern solutions such as Monarch’s Wall Bracket Solutions.
